What is RxDC?

The Prescription Drug Data Collection (RxDC) is an annual CMS filing required under the Consolidated Appropriations Act (CAA). It reports prescription drug and health care spending data for each plan year.

What does CMS require?

CMS requires employers to report how health insurance premiums are split between employer and employee contributions. This data is used to analyze affordability and coverage adequacy across the country.

What we need from you

We need to know your organization's share of the total premiums paid. You can provide this as a single dollar amount or percentage (Option 1), or broken down by each plan and coverage tier (Option 2).
